At Caviar Club St. Moritz, we take great pride in the quality of our products. If, however, you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items under the conditions below.
🕰 Return Period
You may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery.
After this period, returns will no longer be accepted.
✅ Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund, the returned item must be:

Unused and in original condition

With all tags, labels, and packaging intact

Free from any perfume, makeup, or signs of wear
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
📦 How to Initiate a Return

We will send you return instructions and the return address.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

For EU customers, any customs duties paid are not refundable by us (please check with your local authority)
