2. Shipping Methods & Costs
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout, based on your delivery address and selected service.
3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day
4. Customs & Import Duties

Switzerland: No additional fees

EU: Orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or VAT upon delivery.
5. Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged during transit:

We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, or sending a replacement if appropriate
6. Delivery Address Responsibility
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.
7. Local Pickup
We offer complimentary local pickup from our location in St. Moritz.
